How to Link or Unlink a Form to the Action Plan of Occurrences in Qualiex?

The occurrence action plan already includes standard system fields based on the 5W2H methodology.
However, in some cases, the process may require additional information that is not covered by these default fields.

To meet these needs, Qualiex allows the creation of custom forms, which function as extra fields to be filled out within the actions.
This enables the recording of specific and relevant information according to the process being carried out.

Click here to learn how to register forms for use in the modules.
This configuration is performed directly in the Categories tab, allowing each category to have its own form linked to the action plans, according to the particularities of each situation.

1. Access the Module

Click here to learn how to access the Occurrences module in Qualiex.

2. Linking the Form to the Category

Click the “Categories” tab, then right‑click the desired category or open the context menu and select “Edit.”

To perform the linking, you must have the Manage types, categories, and cause classifications permission, defined under Configurations > Roles and Permissions.
Click here to learn how to configure permissions for the Occurrences module.

When you select the “Edit” option, a window will open allowing you to make changes to the category. This screen contains three tabs: General, Standard Actions, and Action Plans.

Click on the “Action Plans” option, then click the “Action Plan Form” field or the button to view the forms registered and available for the module.

Select the form you want to link to the category and click “Save.”

After clicking “Save,” the category will be updated and a confirmation message will be displayed.

3. Unlinking the form from the category

When opening the category for editing, click on the “Action Plans” tab. Then, click the “X” in the “Action Plan Form” field to remove the linkage.

When clicking the “X”, a confirmation screen will appear to confirm the removal of the linkage.
To acknowledge and confirm awareness that all records entered in the fields will be permanently deleted (with no possibility of recovery), it is necessary to type the name of the form in the “Confirmation” field (as shown in the image below).

To unlink, click “Permanently Remove”.
