How to duplicate a Cause Classification in Qualiex?

The duplicate cause classification function was created to make the process faster and more practical. When using this feature, part of the information from the original classification is automatically copied into the new record, preventing the user from having to re‑enter everything from scratch.
You only need to review the data and adjust what needs to be updated, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.
 

1. Access the module

2. Duplicating a cause classification

Click the Cause Classification tab, then right‑click the desired classification or open the context menu and select “Duplicate.”
 
To duplicate a classification, you must have the permission “Manage types, categories, and cause classifications,” defined under Settings > Roles and Permissions.

When selecting “Duplicate,” a window will open allowing you to edit the copied classification.
The new record will automatically include the tag “- Copy” after the original classification name.
 
After making the necessary adjustments, click .
 
 
Once you click Save, the new classification will be registered and a confirmation message will appear.
