How to deactivate and activate an occurrence category in Qualiex?
In some cases, a category previously registered and used in the Occurrences module may no longer be appropriate due to updates or process changes within the organization.
In such situations, the best practice is to inactivate the category, preventing it from being selected in new occurrences.
This approach keeps the system organized and up to date, while preserving full traceability, since the deactivated category remains recorded in the history but is no longer available when registering new occurrences.

3. How to view inactive categories?
To view inactive categories, you must adjust the filter in the “Status” column.
Open the column’s context menu
, go to “Filter,” select “Inactive,” and click “Apply.”


4. Activating an inactive category
Right‑click the inactive category you want to reactivate, or open the context menu and select “Activate.


Once activated, the category becomes available again for selection when registering new occurrences.
