# Guide for Handling Occurrences

To address occurrences, we use the **PDCA model**. In this guide, we will walk through all the steps required to properly handle an occurrence. We will guide you with links to articles from the **Quality Blog** and **Quality Tools**, providing additional information and deeper content.

The first step is the **evaluation and approval** of the occurrence. Once the occurrence is approved, we can proceed with the treatment process.
